
As a Marketing Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation:
- Understanding our services and creating value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences across our organic and paid marketing channels.
- Researching and creating engaging content for various campaigns including, but not limited to digital and email campaigns.
- Promotional content for virtual events like webinars and panel discussions.
- Persona-based content for the website and social media.
- Ensuring all-around consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone.
- Campaign Management:
- Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Creative Production Management
- Writing engaging video scripts on topics of business relevance.
- Working with the design and video team to create storyboards.
- Coordinating the creation of creative assets like videos, banners, and other creatives for campaigns.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conducting thorough proofreading and editing to ensure content is error-free and adheres to style guidelines.
- Following SEO guidelines during content creation.
- Work with the digital marketing and marketing automation teams to continuously measure and improve content performance for the paid media campaigns.
- Collaboration:
- Coordination with key stakeholders (Sales & Presales team, BU heads, Marketing team) to create effective communications strategies that articulate our service’s core benefits properly and consistent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that aligns with brand messaging, product offerings, and marketing objectives.
- Working closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Coordinating content production schedules and campaigns.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content writing and campaign management and a strong portfolio showcasing writing skills and successful campaigns.
- Preferably in IT domain
- Language Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Education: Masters/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. An MBA is preferred, and a B.Tech background is advantageous
- Project Management: Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Must have an understanding of the Technology space and willing to learn
- Self-motivated with a passion for content, business and digital marketing
- Understanding of key metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives
- Multitasker with an ability to get the job done
- Clear, effective communicator—verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive
- Demonstrated ability to work productively with key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented; proven ability to prioritize, drive and achieve results.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Knowledge of marketing automation software and tools would be a plus
