Your Job Responsibilities

Design and Development: Create visually compelling designs for various digital and print media including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and more.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs stick to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting all project requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet business needs.
Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and proactively suggest new ideas to enhance the visual appeal of our brand.
Feedback and Revision: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve designs.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks to ensure all designs are error-free and meet high-quality standards.

Must-have Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail, ensuring all designs are precise and of high quality.
Creativity: Exceptional creative skills with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and articulate design concepts.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve design challenges creatively.
Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Good to have Skills & Experience

Knowledge of additional design software like After Effects, XD, and Figma is a plus.
Exposure to IT industry/ B2B product design.
