
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the customers to understand their business needs and goals.
- Ensure seamless onboarding, provide platform demos, and encourage the use of new features.
- Conduct regular check in with the customers, provide guidance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and improvement areas.
- Conduct Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs), track key success metrics, and share customized reports on AWS usage and cost trends.
- Act as the point of contact for any critical issues, ensuring swift resolution by coordinating with technical teams.
- Drive contract renewals and identify opportunities to upsell additional services based on customer needs.
- Gather customer feedback (G2/CSAT/NPS reviews), work on improving services, and advocate for customer needs internally.
- Address customer queries related to AWS billing, pricing models, and reservation management.
- Monitor AWS billing, pricing constructs, and reservations; proactively alert customers to cost anomalies or unexpected usage spikes.
- Develop and share customized reports on AWS usage, cost trends and cost analysis.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or cloud consulting.
- Experience working in a cloud consulting, AWS partner, or MSP is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs, develop strategies, and drive outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
